Emma is a senior at The Derryfield School, a private school in Manchester. Soon she’ll be leaving home to study to be a physician. When we discussed what she wanted in her senior portraits, we talked about art, portraits with subtle shadows, and black and white photos. She also thought it would be a good idea to include her family, which of course includes their dog! I loved having their whole family in the studio.
In the months leading up to her photo session, we created a mood board and chose her wardrobe, casual to dressy.
